1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FlashOdds mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FlashOdds is a sports information application that monitors NBA over/under line movements and sends push notifications when lines move significantly from the closing line. The App is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

FlashOdds does not facilitate, accept, or place wagers of any kind. The App is not a sportsbook, gambling platform, or betting companion. It is a sports information service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • FlashOdds offers a 7-day free trial for new users
  • After the trial, a subscription is required: $14.99/month or $99.99/year
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws and regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's data or alerts without written permission
  • Use automated systems to access the App beyond normal usage

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all data provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data or alerts
  • That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any particular outcome from using information provided by the App

FlashOdds is not responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided. All sports data is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashOdds and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Drive Intelligence and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Responsible Use

If you choose to use information from FlashOdds in connection with sports wagering, please do so responsibly and in compliance with your local laws. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please call 1-800-GAMBLER for confidential help.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
